On this Earth Day, people across the world will be highlighting global awareness and actions to protect our planet. I’d like to think we do that every day at B612.

Our supporters and friends recognize that each day should advance the emerging field of planetary defense, bringing attention to the need for asteroid detection and deflection.

Thanks to thousands of supporters from across the globe, 2017 is already proving to be a year for rapid growth. Our key science and technology programs are progressing and the global reach of Asteroid Day is expanding through worldwide new partnerships. With action and foresight, we are gaining momentum towards long-term solutions for protecting the earth from asteroid impacts.

We sincerely hope that you will celebrate Earth Day. I know many of us here at B612 will be participating in the global March for Science in recognition of the immense value that science holds to our mission and to our everyday lives.
